Mary sits at her desk writing lines, and Miss Kendal checks on her work. Her penmanship is sub-par, and the teacher has just the remedy for Mary's laziness. Wielding a collection of heavy leather straps, Miss Kendal gives poor Mary a series of hard, stingy strappings on her bare, tender bottom, whilst the young schoolgirl cries out the count in agony.
