Uncle Johnson knew, without a reminder, he would forget within the next few weeks. That would result in a more serious and longer session at the hands of Aunt T. A reminder is preferred because the ones for a reason are WORSE. Part One includes the discussion about the need for "reminders" to help avoid a more serious session, followed by a a warmup of more than fifty with a heavy strap.
