Belt Spanked For Being Irresponsible

The task was simple...."Don't mess up the house while I'm away". Belkalys is such an airhead, that she couldn't even be trusted to keep her own house from turning into a post-party disaster. Papi comes home early and the place is a wreck, and the wall behind the stove shows clear signs that somebody burned the last of the mangu. Livid, Papi summons Belkalys to explain herself. Which she does poorly. Now he can't even have the peace of mind he needs when he wants to get away for the weekend because he might have to come home to an avalanche of headaches. Well that will just not do. So Papi devises a plan to instill the decorum that he sees proper. And that plan is to give Belkalys the bare assed belt whipping of her life. So, that is exactly what he does. Then, after laying down with her freshly whipped ass bared to let it cool down, she retires to the alley for an outdoor butt naked shower with the hose because the plumber was unlicensed and he accidentally put cement into the drain while yapping on the phone and not paying attention.
