Elettra gets spanked after yet another fake fever, with her arms and feet tied (ITALIANO)

Elettra’s long punishment for all the lies she has told so far continues; this time, however, she tried to fake a high fever, as she often does. Naturally, one would want to be certain about such a thing, though not her, so I had to tie her up using a makeshift method with whatever I had on hand at the moment.
