Koen Lightfingered

Koen has failed to return the drill and that comes with a catch, the catch being he has to be punished. He is bent over and caned hard, failing to return borrowed things is never good. He gets some great welts in the summer afternoon and a lesson in returning borrowed things. Its been a while since we have seen him and this is why, he has been avoiding this punishment.
