Rude neighbour punished (part 1)

She asked her neighbour not to park directly outside her home - twice! But this polite request was duly ignored. Having invited him over on the pretence of enjoying a neighbourly cup of coffee, she informs him that, in fact, the matter will be resolved by punishing him - with a spanking! Rather than risk being reported to the council, he reluctantly agrees to bend over her knee and face the consequences of his rude actions.
