Traffic warden troubles part 4 Leia is strapped for further failings

This is part four of my epic clip, Traffic Warden troubles, for those of you who only wish to see me receive the leather strap as my punishment. The story goes like this: Having failed my first test, Miss Iceni sets Leia another. Unfortunately for Leia, another failure results in another punishment, this time it is the leather strap for Leia on her bottom. Ouch!!
